What a great interview! It was great to learn about Mr. Serluco’s plans in retirement and his excitement about the next chapters in his life. He has been such a wonderful asset to the district….it makes me happy to hear that he has great plans ahead!!!
I love the way your that your questions get the people you interview to open up and talk about how they feel. You make people feel comfortable and let them know that you care, which makes the interaction wonderful to watch. Well done!
