Matilda Hessman is an 8th grader at the Chagrin Falls Middle School who will be once again participating in Newspaper Club. She is obsessed with science and biology, but also enjoys reading, writing, and photography. Matilda particularly enjoys animal photography, either by bringing her camera to the zoo or just taking it to the forest. She spends her time exploring the woods in her backyard, staying up late reading, and playing with her many pets. In the future, Matilda hopes to become a zoological veterinarian at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. This year, she hopes to improve her photography and writing skills alongside her best friends.
