Evangeline Blanks is an 8th grade student and was working on a contraption that brings elderly people from the bottom to the top of the stairs. She has been working on this in PLTW and Mr. Thombs has explained a more complicated way of making the contraption work.. “It is the best feeling when you see their faces light up when they press the button and the machine works,” said Thombs.
