Claire Rubin
Claire Rubin is in 8th grade and is on the Speech and Debate team. Later in the year, she is going to do Power of the Pen. Her main interests in journalism are writing and photography. She does a lot of tennis and does track later in the year for school. Claire also loves to read and her favorite books currently are Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, and Throne of Glass.
Her favorite class is art, but out of the academics, it is probably math, physical science, or English. Claire has one brother whose name is Jack and is in 6th grade. She also has a dog named Charlie. When she grows up she wants to be a pediatric plastic surgeon. However, if that doesn’t work out, Claire would like to be a biomedical engineer. Her interests other than sports include art, photography, music, and reading. She also loves Halloween and Christmas.
